Friendly and accommodating staff who provided excellent service. Convenient location near the underground station, making it easy to travel around the city. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a nice selection of food. The room was quiet, nice for a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent, with a powerful water flow.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiez Pension! The location was perfect, with the Samariten u-bahn station just 50 meters away, making it easy to explore the city. The Friedrichshain neighborhood was lively and full of shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious options. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Kiez Pension for a central and enjoyable stay in Berlin.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with Frankfurter allee train station and a metro station nearby. This makes it easy to explore the city and get around. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. The bathrooms have excellent showers with a twin head deluge type of mixer. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing an extra quilt when needed. The breakfast buffet is big and offers a standard European style spread. the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great service and easy access to transportation.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which can be inconvenient for guests with heavy suitcases.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic. It's quite close to two different trams and pretty close to the metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Plus, it's conveniently located next to a shopping mall with a couple of eateries, so you don't have to go far for a bite to eat. The staff here are also wonderful. They provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essential facilities you need for a pleasant stay. I particularly loved the spacious walk-in shower and the fact that the heating system worked perfectly. And lastly, the breakfast was amazing. There was a great choice of food, and the staff in the breakfast room made us feel special every morning. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
